How to get started?
Contact our office on (03) 6231 8181 and request an appointment with our Sales manager, Sally Charleston. Prior to your meeting, Sally will visit your block of land to gain a greater understanding of the layout and utilize our recourses to obtain any further information such as council requirements, BAL overlay, easements, and estate covenants.
During your initial meeting with Sally, she will discuss your block parameters, a floor plan that will work for you, your budget and of course, your non-negotiables.
From here, Sally will start designing your concept floor plan taking on board your specific needs and requirements.
Once design ideas have been finalised we move forward to your ‘Preliminary Works Agreement’ where Cunic Homes obtain your soil and contour reports which allow for accurate contract pricing. (Including all site costs, driveway, and your build)
The land survey (contour report) is sent to the draftsman and your design is then situated accurately on the block of land, producing your first concept plan.
Another meeting will then be scheduled to sit down with Sally to discuss your floor plan, window sizes and any façade changes you would like to make prior to your final quote being produced.
Provided you are happy to proceed with the final quote and no changes are necessary, Sally will prepare your HIA building contract ready for signing.
When your deposit has been paid, Dom our planning and building manager will finalise your DA plans ready for council approvals, and client consultants will touch base to book in your selections meeting – how exciting!
