While you may have just made the single biggest investment of your life, you’re not left on your own once the build is complete – Cunic Homes will be there to assist you with the transition into your new home.

Prior to the official handover, the Cunic Homes team will conduct a rigorous quality inspection audit to ensure your home meets the build standard.

We’ll also be there to assist with queries and questions regarding all aspect of your new home such as appliances, security and services during the handover, and we will provide you with spare materials such as paint and tiles used in the build so that if you need these items in the future you’ll have what you need to make a consistent match.

We want you to love your new home as much as we do, so in the unlikely event that you experience issues in your new home, rest assured that we are committed to providing ongoing support and that any queries or issues you might have will be addressed in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
