Anyone who signs a build contract with Cunic Homes and pays their deposit before the 6th of December 2024 will be eligible to win.
The promotion will run from Monday the 1st of July 2024 and will close on Friday the 6th of December 2024.
The winner will be selected by random and announced on Friday the 13th of December. Cunic Homes will notify the recipient via phone, please be aware of social media accounts impersonating Cunic Homes and do not provide any confidential information to these individuals.
The winner will receive a brand new 2024 MG ZS Excite from Local Motor Group in Hobart valued at $23,590.00
The vehicle pictured in our marketing material is a 2023 model.
The promotor being Cunic Homes Pty Ltd of 209 Elizabeth Street, Hobart, 7000 will not be liable for costs relating to insurance or registration of the vehicle and these responsibilities will be borne by the winner including any consequences of tax liability.
The recipient must have a current Tasmanian driver’s license or bring someone who can drive the vehicle home from the dealership.
The winner will be required to sign registration transfer papers prior to taking the prize, the winner will also be required to arrange insurance coverage for the prize.
